What we actually do
Actas is a transaction clearance company in Qatar. Somebody needs a residence permit renewed, a worker brought in, a company opened. We do the filing.
Almost everything a person or a business has to do with the Qatari government now happens on a portal. There are three that matter: the Ministry of Interior for anything to do with people and permits, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for anything to do with companies, and the Ministry of Labour for anything to do with employment.
The portals work. The difficulty is knowing which transaction you actually need, what it is called, which documents it will reject, and what to do when it stalls. That knowledge is the thing being sold here. The filing itself is the easy part once you know.
We charge a flat service fee per transaction, listed on every page. Government fees are separate and passed through at cost. We do not add a margin to a government fee.
