What Actas does
We file, you don’t queue
Actas submits government transactions on your behalf across the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Ministry of Labour. You do not visit an office and you do not sit in a queue.
We already know the form
Most of what makes a government transaction slow is not the fee. It is knowing which portal, which attachment, and which box. That knowledge is the service.
One price, told up front
Our fee is on the page before you ask. Government fees are separate, quoted before work starts, and passed through at cost.

No account, no login, no portal to remember. You send us what you need and we reply on WhatsApp until it is done.
How it works

Tell us what you need
Search for it, or describe it in your own words. We will name the transaction and quote our fee.

We’ll need portal access
Send us your QID and your portal password. Government portals are tied to your identity, and we cannot file anything without access.

Stay reachable
The government sends a one-time code to your phone at the moment of filing. You forward it to us. This is the one step only you can do.
04
We file it and confirm
You get the reference, the receipt, and the document when it is issued.
What it costs
The price shown is the Actas service fee. Government fees are separate, told to you before work starts, and charged at cost with nothing added.
Government fees depend on the specifics of your case, so there is no total to show you here. We work it out with you before anything is filed.
